Report a false detection by AVG
If you believe if AVG desktop or mobile products wrongly detected a file or app as a threat, please provide us with more details so we can investigate the file’s safety.
Instructions
Please include as much information as possible in the "Details about the problem" field. This will help us determine the safety the file a lot faster.
For Desktop Users
- You are able to attach system or program files to be reviewed (up to 20 MB).
- If attaching multiple files, please put them in an archive or .zip.
- Please be sure to be as specific as possible about the program being misidentified as a threat or include screen shots of the error as an attachment(s).
For Mobile Users
